Release of Responsibility — Golden Soul Run Club
Running and related physical activity carry inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions with other participants, vehicles, or objects, adverse weather, road or trail conditions, and medical events such as cardiac or heat-related illness.
By signing up, I confirm that I am physically able to participate and that I voluntarily assume all risks associated with this activity. I release Golden Soul Club, its owners, staff, and run leaders from liability for injury, loss, or damage arising from my participation, except where caused by gross negligence or intentional misconduct.
I consent to receive emergency medical care if needed, and understand Golden Soul Club is not responsible for the cost of that care. I understand participation is voluntary and I may leave the group run at any time.
